Terms of Service

Beanoc is a service operated by Bizwetu Consulting LLC ("Beanoc", "we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and Bizwetu Consulting LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Beanoc. If you use Beanoc on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account by emailing support@beanoc.com.

You agree to use Beanoc only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the service by anyone else.

As between you and Beanoc, you own the output generated for you through the tools, subject to your compliance with these terms and any third-party rights. Because Beanoc's tools use AI, output:

• May contain errors — you must review any factual claim, statistic, price or quote before publishing or relying on it;
• Is not guaranteed to be unique, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users from similar briefs;
• Is not guaranteed to produce any particular marketing result, ranking, or business outcome.

You may not use Beanoc to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or circumvent plan/quota limits;
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement;
• Upload or generate content that is misleading in a way that could cause consumer or financial harm.

Beanoc is offered on paid monthly subscription plans; there is no free plan. The Starter plan begins with a $1 trial for 7 days, after which it automatically converts to $19/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Pro and Business are billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, sales tax/VAT, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you also agree to when you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing page inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for; it will not renew after that.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy for how to request one. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We aim to keep Beanoc available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or emergency maintenance, or an outage at a subprocessor (such as Supabase, Paddle, Resend or OpenAI), may temporarily affect availability.

Beanoc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beanoc and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Beanoc harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law, including any content you publish based on AI-generated output.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or if required to do so by law. You may stop using Beanoc and cancel your subscription at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where Bizwetu Consulting LLC is registered (principal place of business: Albuquerque, New Mexico), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Beanoc after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
