AI audience research tools that never pretend to be evidence

AI cannot interview your customers. What it can do is structure what you already know, generate the hypotheses worth testing, mine the language buried in reviews and support tickets, and design the research that turns guesses into evidence. Every output here draws that line explicitly.

ICP & Persona Builder

This AI writing assistant produces a research-shaped ICP: the job your buyer is hiring you for, what blocks them, the objections they raise, who else is in the decision, and the phrases they use to describe the problem..

  • Jobs to be done, pains and buying triggers stated as sentences you can quote in copy.
  • Objections ranked by how often they end a deal, with suggested responses.

  • Reasoning behind each pain point, so you can judge whether it fits your actual audience.

Audience Messaging & Language Analyzer

Paste in real customer text — reviews, support tickets, survey responses, forum posts — and this tool pulls out the words, phrases and framing your audience actually uses to describe their problem and your product.

  • Recurring words and phrases extracted from your pasted customer text, ranked by how often they appear.
  • A gap analysis between how your audience talks and how your current marketing copy talks.
AI audience language analyzer

Customer Awareness-Level Analyzer

Describe your product and audience, and this tool reasons through which awareness stage — unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware or most-aware — your audience is most likely at, then suggests messaging angles suited to that stage.

  • An assessment of your most likely audience awareness stage, with the reasoning behind the call.
  • Messaging angles suited specifically to that stage, rather than generic angles for every stage at once.

Voice-of-Customer Research Assistant

Paste in customer feedback from reviews, support tickets, sales call notes or survey responses, and this tool organises it into clear themes, flags overall sentiment per theme, and ranks what shows up most often.

  • Feedback grouped into clear themes, with the number of mentions behind each theme shown.
  • A sentiment read per theme, distinguishing genuine praise from mixed or negative feedback.

Hypotheses are labelled as hypotheses

The pain-point mapper separates what you actually told it from what it is inferring, and marks every row accordingly. It will not invent a customer quote, a market statistic or a demographic breakdown — and it ends with the five questions to ask real customers this week to check its work.

Mine the language you already have

Paste reviews, survey answers, support tickets or call notes and the language analyser clusters them into themes, counts occurrences within that sample only, and pulls verbatim phrases that genuinely appear in the text. Then it turns those exact words into headlines and objection responses.

Diagnose the mismatch before rewriting

Most messaging fails because it is written for a level of awareness the audience has not reached. The awareness analyser names the level your channel actually delivers, judges your current headline against it, and rewrites for the level in front of you plus a bridge for the one below.

Audience Research FAQs

Is this real market research?+

No, and it says so. These tools produce structured strategic hypotheses from your own inputs plus the research design to validate them. Anything presented as a finding would have to come from your customers, not a language model.

Can it give me search volumes or demographic data?+

No. The prompts explicitly refuse to fabricate search volumes, market sizes, demographic splits or competitor figures. For keyword data, use a dedicated research tool and paste the numbers into the planner.

What is the difference between the ICP builder and the persona work?+

The ICP builder defines the segment worth selling to and the personas inside it, including explicit disqualifiers. The pain-point and awareness tools then go deeper on one of those personas at a time.
